Discover this magnificent 180 m² villa with a 4m x 10m saltwater pool, covered with an electric shutter (available from mid-May to mid-September depending on weather conditions).
This single-story villa offers spacious living areas, perfect for a family or friends getaway.

A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and more.
A pantry with a second kitchen adjoining the living area, featuring an American-style fridge, oven, washing machine, plenty of storage, and all the necessary equipment for maintaining the villa.
A master suite with a 160 cm bed, shower, single sink, toilet, and pool view.
