About this apartment rental
In the commune of Canet-en-Roussillon, we offer this charming air-conditioned studio apartment with mountain views for rent, with direct access to the beach in less than 5 minutes on foot, by crossing the promenade via the pedestrian walkway. The apartment measures 28 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a shower room. Underground parking included from June to September.
The apartment is composed as follows
- A 10 m² living room with double sofa bed, dining area, TV...
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hob...
- A space with a double bed (140×190), separated by a curtain, with a view of the living room and skylights.
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owner has decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 6 m² loggia with table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Canet-en-Roussillon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities:
- Relaxation at the beach or water sports.
- Hike to the Domaine Viticole du Château de L'esparrou or to the shores of the Etang de Canet-en-Rousillon.
- Tennis, golf, thalassotherapy, casino, water parks
- Visit Perpignan, nearby towns such as Collioure, Saint-Cyprien, Barcarès, the Pyrenees or Spanish border towns.
- Mini golf nearby
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park free of charge during the low season in the public parking spaces in front of the residence. During the high season (July and August), a parking space is available in the “Balcons du Front de mer” underground parking lot. The badge will be given to you by the concierge.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Perpignan, approx. 17 km (20 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan, approx. 20 km (24 min by car)
