Charming large villa near the sea and nice salty baths! Welcome to live in a family-friendly large villa on two levels with large generous areas both indoors and outdoors in the fishing and boating community of Heestrand. Here you live peacefully and close to nature in harmony with hares and deer and the occasional squirrel. From the villa, you have a certain view of the sea from the large conservatory on the second floor, and on the plot there is a well-sized lawn made for all kinds of games and play. Here you really have the chance to realize the "good life" because within a stone's throw there is the sea with salty swimming, boating and walking paths to neighboring coastal communities with a view of the sea's "highway" where thousands of boats pass in summer. The cabin's location provides excellent opportunities for those of you who want to go out and explore the magnificent archipelago outside, please bring your own kayak. In the area there are several fine beaches and there is also the possibility to buy seafood directly from local fishing boats. The villa's entrance is reached via a fine staircase, once inside you are immediately struck by the large, generous and airy surfaces. On the first floor there is a large open kitchen with stove, separate oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher, dining room with dining room furniture, living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs and TV. A bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, washing machine and drying cabinet. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with single beds and a large living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs and a TV. From the living room on the second floor via two large sliding doors you reach a generously sized glazed conservatory with summer furniture, a lovely place for cooling shade and good conversation. From the living room on the first floor you reach the villa's large tiled patio with summer furniture and barbecue, a lovely place for sunbathing and for cozy barbecue moments where you discuss the day's adventures or plan for new ones. In the cottage's basement there is access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. The cabin has a fiber connection. In the neighboring community Slottet are the remains of an ancient castle located on a high mountain with a mile-long view of sea and land, a perfect excursion destination for a coffee break. A Viking market is also held there in early August. Hamburgsund is the area's largest town, here are fine shops, restaurants, café, fishmongers, mini golf and several nice bathing spots. Here you can also rent a kayak, try diving, go on boat charters and archipelago boats to see the fantastic archipelago, e.g. to the old lighthouse and pilot lookout on the Väder Islands. The community also has an outdoor stage "Scen på Bönn" which during the summer has several different events in music and children's theatre. From Hamburgsund, a car ferry goes over to neighboring Hamburgö with more nice bathing spots and coastal paths with fantastic views of the surroundings and the archipelago's many islands.
