About this house rental

Stay in La Bernerie, a preserved village on the Côte de Jade, ideally situated between the St Nazaire bridge and the Vendée marshes, to explore the Pays de Retz.



This house with the charm of seaside villas from the last century, 165m² in size, is ideally located 400m from the seafront and just a stone's throw from the village; local market, shops and restaurants.

The ground floor has two double bedrooms (140cm beds) and on the upper floor a dormitory with one double bed (140cm bed) and two single beds (90cm beds) which thus allow accommodation for up to 8 people.

The independent kitchen is equipped with a mixed hob (ceramic and mains gas), an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a filter and bean-to-cup coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle. The lounge – dining room has WIFI connection. The fireplace is decorative and not available. Two separate WCs on the ground floor and upper floor, plus a complete bathroom complete the rental.

For maximum comfort you also have a washing machine and outdoor furniture (table, sun lounger and garden furniture). The garden is enclosed and three private parking spaces on the property are at your disposal.
