Casa Ippocastano can host up to 4 persons, in one double bedroom, one bedroom with two beds, and two bathrooms. The property is just 100 metres from the ancient gate to enter the marvellous hamlet of Bolgheri, whilst still offering privacy and a great view of the surrounding hills. There is a furnished garden, parking, TV, internet, air conditioning, a barbecue and mosquito screens on the windows.
Outdoors
The outdoor areas feature a gravel area and a spacious lawn, with all kinds of plants and flowers. Guests will also find a shaded area in front of the house, with a barbecue and a table for outdoor meals, as well as parking within the property.Interior
The ground floor features a living room with dining area, a TV and a well-equipped kitchen with outdoor access to the shaded area for outdoor breakfasts; One step leads down to a double bedroom; 5 steps lead down to a bedroom with two beds with access to the garden and two bathrooms with shower.

Casa Ippocastano is part of a large wine estate among the hills just behind the beaches of the Etruscan Coast, between the sea and the city of Volterra. Known for being the village of the poet Giosuè Carducci, Bolgheri is the perfect location for a holiday dedicated to food, wine, nature and relaxation. Its Viale dei Cipressi (5km) has become a true Tuscan icon and part of the common imagination of travelers from all over the world. You cannot say you have visited Bolgheri without having taken part in a tasting in one of the local wineries: very fine wines belonging to the Bolgheri Doc are produced in this area.
