Cozy 2-room vacation apartment on the 2nd floor with a balcony, suitable for up to 3 people
With its amenities and beautiful location, this approximately 50-square-meter vacation apartment (limited lake view), is suitable for up to 3 people.
The combined living and sleeping area is divided into a dining area and a couch area. Here, there is a sleeper sofa with a slatted frame (1.40) for one person. The living area also includes a flat-screen satellite TV and a DAB+ radio with Bluetooth. In front of the living room is a balcony furnished with garden chairs. From here, depending on the season, you’ll have a limited view of the lake. You’ll also have access to the lawn on the property.
The apartment features a separate bedroom furnished with a double bed for two people (1.60×2.00 m). The mattresses were replaced in February 2025.
The separate built-in kitchen features a microwave, a 4-burner stove (ceramic cooktop), a small dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, and an immersion blender. The refrigerator has a 3-star freezer compartment.
The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet.
The apartment includes a parking space for your vehicle. Storage space for your bicycles is available both indoors and outdoors.
A washing machine and a dryer (coin-operated) are also available in the adjacent building.

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
