Light and bright remodeled historic bungalow in Edgehill Village; walk to Vanderbilt, Music Row, The Gulch, Downtown, Belmont, and 12 South. Super cute and cozy with all the comforts of home and a great quiet neighborhood. Accommodates 4 people only in two queen beds.
Enjoy your stay in Nashville in this beautifully remodeled light and bright 2 bedroom / 2 bath bungalow. Enjoy all the comforts of home within easy walking, driving, or cycling distance of Belmont, Music Row/Vanderbilt, Edgehill Village, The Gulch, and downtown.
The Edgehill Bungalow accommodates four people quite comfortably in two queen beds. Linens are provided only for available queen beds and not provided for sleeping on other furniture in the home and should not be expected as additional sleeping space. If you have more than four people, you can inquire about other places that are set up to accommodate larger groups.
Master bedroom has queen bed with private bath and large closet. Bedroom #2 has queen bed with access to full hall bath. Living, dining and furnished kitchen. Enjoy outside patio with living and dining areas in a beautifully landscaped and fenced yard.
You'll enjoy top quality linens on all the beds for a comfortable night's rest; fresh towels; soaps and shampoos plus make up remover wipes for your use in the baths; coffee and tea and a few kitchen staples to get you started.
High speed internet is provided; no cable but local stations only on TV. You'll want to spend most of your time enjoying the city
You will love this neighborhood. So close to everything whether you're driving, walking, cycling or catching an Uber or Taxi. You'll appreciate the convenience of the Edgehill Bungalow.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home and yard during your stay. Since this is our home that we love to share with visitors to Nashville, you'll see our personal belongings in the closets and drawers. Luggage racks are provided as well as hanging space in the closet to accommodate your belongings.
Parking is available on the street in front of the house and one parallel spot in the alley at the back gate .
We do have a Ring doorbell for security purposes only. Keyless entry is provided for access.

Property location is excellent. Listing accurately portrays the property. Main sitting room, kitchen and bedrooms are good sized and comfortable. Nice backyard to enjoy coffee. House was clean. People do live there when not rented, so not a lot of drawer space to unpack.

We were in town for a long weekend centered around an opposing team’s sporting event at Vanderbilt. We found the property to be perfect for our needs. The location allowed us to do the tourist Nashville entertainment as well as be close to Vanderbilt. The house was clean and had exactly what we needed. Check in and check out process was easy. The host was easily accessible and accommodating with recommendations for restaurants or entertainment.
