About this villa rental
Villa Rosa is fronted by stunning red roses with an intimate enclosed rear garden ideally configured for outside dining and entertaining.
All guest bedrooms are spacious with tall bay windows in front, and matai flooring and high ceilings - so characteristic of villas of this age.
The main living area is open plan and offers comfortable dining and lounge facilities. A modern kitchen has all the necessary facilities if you wish to cater for yourselves, otherwise there is a wide choice of dining establishments within a few minutes walk.
It is also a great place to come at any time of year to relax, eat at award winning restaurants, sample fine wines and stroll through the village complete with great cafes, boutique clothing, jewellery, home decor and food stores.
We are confident that you will find Villa Rosa to be an ideal weekend (or midweek) retreat in any season with a spa pool, cosy fire in winter and a sun drenched private garden in the summer - all perfect for letting the cares of everyday life melt away.

Villa Rosa exceeded our expectations. It was a lovely cosy house, very clean and tidy. Dianne was very communicative and there to meet us when we got there, even had some food organised for us. Locationwise it was very convient and close to town and wineries.

Our family loved staying in Villa Rosa; it was very close to the central square of Martinborough and was very spacious. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped and the spa pool was put to much use. The relocated villa and charming garden have been carefully restored and laid out. Highly recommended

Great communication and service from the property host and a lovely property . Very comfortable beds and lovely linen . A very cosy house and incredibly well stocked kitchen . We all loved our stay and the spa pool was great .

Havent been to Martinborough before. 5 of us ventured there from different parts of the country. Played golf, walked the Patuna Chasm and visited a few Vineyards of course.
This was a perfect place to stay as it was only a couple of minutes walk to town. Great old place. Highly recommend it. Thanks Diane
