This distinctive property adjoins a warehouse used solely for storage, offering a private and comfortable living experience with plenty of space. Conveniently located in an mixed use area including light industrial and a retirement village, the proximity of the apartment to Marsden Point and Whangarei make it a perfect spot to base yourselves whether you are:

Upstairs Bedroom:
Contains a Super King-sized bed, walk in wardrobe with a separate shower and toilet for your convenience.
Downstairs:
Two spacious bedrooms provide ample space for families or groups. With 2 King Single beds in one bedroom and a Double bed in the other. Along with another shower and separate toilet, laundry facilities and a ping pong table!
Additional Bed:
A converted container on the grounds offers an extra sleeping area for guests with a Queen size bed.
Outdoor Spaces:
A sizeable, fenced and private garden area with a rustic bar leaner and BBQ. Great for those warmer months when you enjoy more outdoor living.
Parking:
There is a ton of room at the accommodation for parking, including room for boats or trucks. Also immediately adjacent on road parking if needed.
We manage the apartment for the owners. It is set up for self check-in, and we will always be available if you need us. We live close by and find it is usually best communicating through the booking app or via text messages.
