Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, this spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath home has everything you need to enjoy in a home away from home.
The outdoor space is spectacular and features:
lanai-covered pool,
propane fire pit
ping pong/dart board shed with an electric drink cooler to keep your beverages cold
propane griddle grill and outdoor dining table with seating for six.
The backyard is spacious with room for outdoor games and activities.
Indoor space is open floor plan, and features:
Fully stocked kitchen with skylights, granite countertops, Breville Air Fryer Toaster Oven, electric stove, Dishwasher, Refrigerator with built-in ice/water dispenser, combo coffee pot/pod maker, blender and many other small appliances, too numerous to name. There is also a sweet breakfast nook with a counter-height table and two chairs, perfect for your morning coffee!
Living room with a huge sectional sofa, 85"wall-mounted smart TV, and electric fireplace
Dining Room with mid-century modern furniture, and seating for 8.
3 Bedrooms, two with dedicated bathrooms. The third with a bathroom across the hall.
Spacious primary bedroom, with a king-size bed, two bureaus, 32" smart TV, and its own private entrance to the screened-in porch in the backyard. The primary bathroom has double sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and large walk-in shower. with two shower heads, one of them a shower panel, offering both a conventional shower head, as well as a hand-held wand and a six-jet shower panel.
Second bedroom features a queen-size bed, and includes a cozy walk-in shower bathroom.
Third bedroom is set up as an office/music/media room, with a queen-size Murphy bed hidden in a cabinet, a desk, 65" wall-mounted smart TV and a piano. The third bathroom is just across the hall, and is a traditional bathtub/shower bathroom..
Beach Access 30 is just over a mile away, and is an easy walk/bike ride with free parking available for those who prefer to drive. Downtown Amelia with its cute shops, fabulous restaurants, beautiful marina and active music scene is less than 4 miles from the house.

This property is absolutely wonderful. There are so many amenities that you feel like you’re home. Comfortable beds and bedding, luxurious towels and beach towels, Eddie Bauer beach chairs, beach toys, beautiful pool with covered lanai, game room for kids and adults! You couldn’t ask for anything nicer. Spacious rooms and enormous tv with wrap around reclining, sofa. The beach is a mile away and so many restaurants to choose from. A perfect vacation for our family.

This is one of the coolest places I have ever rented on vacation! The house is awesome! The private screened in pool in the backyard is awesome for the days where you can't make the beach due to intermittent rain. The Blackstone grill outside cooked perfect filet mignons. Everything is stocked, clean and very modern especially the kitchen and living room. The giant TV was awesome and the digital electric fireplace was pretty cool. The jetted tub in the master bath was a lifesaver for my back. Overall the place is amazing and totally worth it. The owner was more than responsive to any questions I had and was very accommodating and nice. I will definitely be returning to this place probably in August. It's not directly by the beach but there is a public beach access about 2 minutes drive away. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and if you didn't want to drive there it's a cheap Uber fare. I highly recommend. Five stars!

The house was clean and had everything we needed. Only a short,easy drive to the beach. Nice, quiet neighborhood and had a wonderful back yard and pool! Would definitely stay here again! The host was great as well!
