Pros: The location was excellent as the house is directly located at the seaside. The price/value ratio was good in the low season in April for a long stay of 8 nights (shorter periods are more expensive due the the fixed costs like cleaning). The beds were excellent, thick, very comfortable and full size (200x90 each). The expandable couch was also comfortable. Air conditioner. Shutters on the windows. Although the appartment small in overall size but it was perfect for us three. Shops, restaurants, the beach all in a few minutes distance.
Cons: The WIFI internet connection was very slow. Furniture a bit run down. I would recommend to leave some basic amenities in small quantities for the guest like washing pulver and washing up liquid or salt.
