Urban Nook is a bright & spacious top unit in a two-family home, located on Jersey City's West Side. This up-and-coming, diverse urban neighborhood offers an authentic local experience, minutes from NYC, MetLife, and American Dream Mall.
NOTE: This is a working-class, multi-ethnic neighborhood — not a trendy hotspot! It is ideal for guests who appreciate a real slice of Jersey City life and want a well-kept home base near major destinations.

PARKING DETAILS
Parking in Jersey City can be tricky—this is a true urban area. The garage is shared with the upstairs unit with a tandem parking setup, so you’ll need to exchange contact information with the other guests via the whiteboard in the garage to coordinate as needed. If that arrangement doesn’t suit you, please park on the street.
GUEST LIMITS & PARTIES
- Absolutely NO parties or events allowed.
- No extra guests beyond the reservation at ANY time.
- Violation may result in a $1,000 fee, cancellation, and removal without refund.
*Unreported guests will incur a $50/night fee*
We aim to be flexible and fair—please communicate any changes before arrival.
QUIET HOURS & RESPECT
You’ll be staying in the top unit of a two-family home—we live below with our family. Sound travels, so we ask guests to be respectful and mindful.
Not allowed:
• Loud music
• Running indoors
• Wearing shoes inside
• Moving furniture
Quiet hours are from 10PM–8AM. Excessive noise will not be tolerated.

Was not sure of the area and surrounding. But once I met Erica and seen her home we were very please. And to know she lives there as well made us feel very safe. The picture are just what the home looks like. IFIf in the area a need a home you will be please with your choice. Very modernand CLEAN

My family of 7 stayed here for two nights while we went to American Dream for a day - age ranges between 9-17 with 3 adults. The house is impeccable! Incredibly clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Plenty of room for all of us to eat, hang out, and sleep. We enjoyed the rooftop deck and view at sunset and loved that they had family games to play. We had two cars, one was able to park on-site and the second was parked on the street. I parked two streets away but it was only a 3 minute walk. The neighborhood is a busy city. We found it very easy to get everything we needed. Went to dinner at a local Caribbean restaurant, got pizza delivered another night, and of course hit the McDonalds drive through nearby. Everything was wonderful! Thank you to the homeowner and manager for a great stay!

5 star property. Everything was new and clean. The latest technology. Our host was always accessible and very helpful. She anticipated our every need (coffee, board games). She even accommodated our need for parking. I will definitely be returning next time I am in the NYC area!
