All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom! Great for families, lots of space. Private lake front with buoy and dock s with cleats, so bring your boat!! Small beach to swim in or jump off the docks and climb the ladder to get out

Beautiful location. Amazing view from the sunroom. Great to hang out on the dock, swim and kayak. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults, 1 infant and 3 dogs for a long weekend. Anne was a very responsive owner.

Everything about the property was as it was explained everything fit our needs. It was perfect for our five day fishing trip for the Canandaigua Lake Trout Derby.

We had a great stay. The check in process was easy. The property was large and had everything we needed. It was an easy walk across the road to get to the dock and waterfront.
It was the perfect getaway while visiting family and friends in the Rochester, NY area.
German Brothers Marina is just a little ways down the road and we rented a boat one day and it was easy to stop at the dock and exchange passengers.
The dock also worked out well for swimming and fishing.
The driveway was large enough if you had more than one car.
The property is on a hill and getting from the driveway to the door to the property you need to go down a set of stairs and then walking from the house to the waterfront also requires going down a hill and steps. Our older parents did visit us while we were there and it was a bit challenging for them but we made it work.
I also was working a bit while on vacation and the WiFi worked great and easy to connect to.
This was a great property for the value and we ended up booking pretty close to when we visited.
