Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located Condo at the Well known hotel YotelPad. Our STUDIO home features beautiful ocean view as well as the city.
Enjoy walking in downtown. Steps away from restaurants. Couple minutes drive from Brickell. 10min drive to Miami Beach. The building offers Pool,Gym, Hot tub,restaurant, lots of workspaces.
The Studio has kitchen, washing and dryer, fridge, coffee machine, oven and dish washer. The building has opened in 2022.

The trash room is located in the same floor
You will have the entire condo studio for yourself with digital app that will allow you to access anywhere in the building.You will have an access to pool, hot tube, fitness (24h) and restaurant spaces. Very cool building!
Please look out for the check in instructions, you will have to use a virtual key to move around the building.
Parking available 15$ per night next to the building.
The property uses a virtual key to lock & unlock the door from your phone. You just download the app before your arrival using the link in the email we'll send once you've booked. The app allows you to activate your digital key with the reference number also provided in that email.
PET POLICY:
- Pets are not allowed
HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $400 penalty and an additional $150 cleaning fee.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay
- There's a trashed apartment fee of $200 for deep cleaning if the property is left in bad condition.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay
- Please avoid moving furniture
