Had a nice stay. Clean and cute! Host was responsive when I had questions. And enjoyed being on the AuSable River and walking into town. Would stay here again!

The cottage is small but very well taken care of.Enjoyed the river, birds and geese from the deck. Close to everything you need. It’s one bedroom and one bath, note there is no TV and a window air conditioner. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Great property and location. Peaceful and quiet...but plenty to do if you enjoy local beaches and landmarks. Oscoda has some nice restuarants and great beaches...and lots of cool sites just south in Tawas. Able to cook dinner and enjoy the deck over-looking the river. Wish we would have brought some kayaks or canoes!!
