Kitchen: Modern kitchen with brass ascents and electric appliances. Dining table with 4 seats.
Laundry: Washing Machine, Iron, Ironing Board and Drying Rack
Outdoors: Quaint and private backyard with secluded outdoor seating in a lush green setting. Wooden outdoor dining table for entertaining outside is a lovely addition so guests can enjoy a meal or a beverage outside.

HEATING/COOLING:
Our home has ducted heating and cooling throughout plus a split system in the kitchen to keep you nice and comfortable in all seasons of Orange.

PARKING:
Our home offers free street parking only. There should always be space to park right outside of the home.

LINEN:
High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay.

AMENITIES:
The home is well equipped with coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.

WIFI:
High speed Wi-Fi is available for your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay. Please note this home forms part of a duplex.

The Neighborhood:
Edward Villa 147 sits proudly on a wide tree lined street in a quiet, yet central part of Orange.
Within 2 blocks you'll find Award Winning SMH Hatted Restaurant 'Charred', Bills Beans Cafe and the Orange Train Station.
Parrot Gin Distillery is a 10 minute walk from the home and is a great spot for gin tasting and woodfired pizzas!

Within 3-4 blocks you'll be strolling through Orange's CBD where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, boutique shopping, bars and parks,

Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Other Things to Note:
SECOND BEDROOM:
If required, a second bedroom can be available and made up for an extra guest if prior notice is given. The charge for this is $50 per night. Please let the Book Regional Team know when booking if you would like the extra bedroom so we can arrange this for you.

CHILDREN:
Children aged 12 years and under are not permitted to stay at this property. Please be aware of this when booking.
