In Portbail sur Mer, this charming 120 m² house is less than a kilometer from the beach and can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises an attractive 52 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 1,200 m² garden. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, broom, hoover, ironing boards and iron
- Separate WC
First floor :
1st staircase :
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
2nd staircase :
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely fenced garden of 1,200 m² with fruit trees running around the house
- Paving all around the house (2 meters wide) with furniture (1 table and 6 chairs) to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Portbail, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly inside the property.
