Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, this charming 45 m² flat, 200 metres from the beach, with swimming pool, can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

- An 18 m² living room with a double sofa bed, armchair, dining area, TV and balcony access.
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and chairs
- A shower room with shower and washbasin
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- A shared, secure swimming pool (not heated), open from 1 July to 31 August, All children swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favourable weather conditions
- A 4.8 m² west-facing balcony to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.
Activities:
- Numerous activities await you in the surrounding area: water sports, hiking, golf, windsurfing, swimming, water skiing, surfing, sailing, cycling, mountain biking, fishing, tennis, horse riding, nearby riding centre as well as an accrobranche park.

- Nearby: Cap Fréhel, Fort La Latte, Dinan, St-Malo, Cancale, Dinard
