Everything about our stay was exactly what we needed for a family vacation. The resort is clean, quiet, and has everything you would want for some stay at home activities. As far as beach vacations go, staying here was very budget-friendly.My older kiddo loved having a room with her own TV and her own access to a bathroom. Kevin was very responsive and accommodated a last minute change to our reservation.Overall 10/10 experience. We will definitely be back soon!

We enjoyed our stay in Kimberling city. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. It’s was just enough size for 4 adults. We loved the patio and view and were walking distance to family in another complex. There are several close shops and stores that we didn’t have to go to Branson. We will be back!

This place was very clean and spacious! The owners left us a sweet card and left recommendations for local places. We were also pleasantly surprised by the nice new pickleball courts as it is our favorite hobby and we were finally able to introduce our friends to the sport ! We will book this place again when we come back to Branson!

Very nice property, we swam in the lake off the docks instead of the pool, and it was awesome. Trip to Thunder Ridge for concert--great directions on how to get there that saved us lots of time.
