Luxury gated villa 10 miles to the strip!

Wow... this is quite the property for a large group! ENORMOUS amount of space, very clean, very comfortable. It never felt the least bit crowded for the 12 of us that came to town to relax and party. It was big enough for anyone to peel off and get away for some quiet/privacy if they needed it, but it also had more than one spot for all of us to gather in one place for meals and socializing. And that backyard... OMG. The pool is gorgeous, and the covered outdoor area provided amazing shelter from the sun. We had an initial communication issue with not receiving checkin instructions until the day of arrival, which was a little stressful, but after that the host was incredibly responsive. Including when there was an issue with the house's water supply; we lost water pressure for a few hours, which was a bit alarming in the moment. But the host got someone out to fix it incredibly fast, and then later gave us info on how to reset the well water pump's circuit breaker ourselves. We loved the house so much that all 12 of us still gave the stay five stars despite that issue. And we all agreed we'd definitely come back for a similar trip.

Great location great house!

The owner was very responsive. The house was good for what we needed room for 6 couples. It was a little dated but we still had a blast. Less than 10 minutes from the strip!

Overall our stay was amazing! Very family friendly. Kitchen could use a few more serving essentials for a large group. Bedrooms are very spacious, mattresses and carpets are very worn but livable. The house is amazing but not as pristine as the photos. Host was very responsive and accommodating! With all that said I’d stay again!
