A hidden gem near miles of walking trails and the Little Spokane River that is only 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants.
Remodeled in 2024 with luxury vinyl plank floors, featured pallet wall and fresh paint throughout.
2 King beds with privacy for each bedroom. Couch with queen pullout available upon request.

1010 square feet of private studio apartment space with two king beds, 2 kitchenettes, 2 couches and 2 TVs. Two private bathrooms.
** Host occupies the remainder of the house and the host living space is above the suite.** Host is committed to honor quiet hours to provide you with serene accommodations.

Drive past the house on the right side to your own free onsite designated parking spot. The stairs to the private entrance of the accommodations are in the back of the house.
*Other things to note*
We are animal lovers with two cats (one who likes to greet guests). Our animals are not allowed in the space and we provide an allergy free space for you.

We did have to kill a rather large spider in the back bathroom…but other than that, Everything was wonderful! :)

This charming property is impeccable. The host has put much thought and care into making the stay comfortable and easy. You can't go wrong here. We will be back when we visit family. We all loved it, Jana was a great host.
