250m away from Praia dos Pescadores, this 1-bedroom apartment in the centre of Albufeira's lower town is ideal for those who don't need a car to get to the beach and for those who value proximity to restaurants and bars and want to explore the lower town's commerce with excellent restaurants, bars and terraces, as well as all available services.

It is divided into two floors. On the ground floor you will find the entrance hall, living and dining room and a kitchenette. On the upper floor there is the suite bedroom with private bathroom and access to the veranda.
The living room has a sofa that converts into a double bed and is equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
A very functional and fully equipped kitchenette with the following appliances: electric cooker with 2 hobs, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The bedroom has two single beds, a bathroom with shower base and wardrobe.
The centre of Albufeira is becoming increasingly attractive with its terraces, shops and crafts and lots of entertainment.
The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each of the guests.

For reservations from people aged between 18 and 25 years, a deposit of €300 will be required, which will be returned after verification of the apartment's good condition.
