About this house rental
The home is 2 story tall with 5 bedrooms and 2 baths.
There are two bedrooms, full bathroom , living room and kitchen on the 1st floor.
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and 43 inch TV. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds (bunkbeds).
Upstairs there are an additional 3 more bedrooms and an additional full bathroom. Bedroom#3 has 2 twin beds and a TV, Bedroom #4 has a queen bed and a TV, Bedroom #5 has a queen bed and a TV.
There is central air conditioning on the 1st floor and window air conditioners in each bedroom on the 2nd floor.
All beds, mattresses, furniture, appliances, etc. are brand new in 2024.
Enjoy the large back yard completely enclosed in privacy fence. Brand new 15 feet round swimming pool, hottub and large deck with patio table and 8 chairs.
We supply 6 beach tags for the Cape May beaches.
We DO NOT supply bath towels or LINENS.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator / ice maker, electric range, dishwasher, blender, mixer, coffee pot, place settings for 12, pots, pans, etc..
The laundry area is equipped with a washer , dryer, iron and ironing board.
The home has high speed internet / wifi. All Smart TVs are equipped with Roku. You can connect / logon to your account to your favorite Streaming Services. There is also a DVD player in the living room along with a library of DVD movies for your enjoyment.
We also provide beach chairs and umbrella for your trips to the beach
A beautiful deck awaits you in the private backyard. Take a relaxing dip in the swimming pool.. At night, view the stars from the deck, hottub or swimming pool The backyard is fully enclosed in privacy fence. A great place for your dog to explore.
The beach in Villas is the Delaware bay beach a 5-8 minute walk from our home. The Villas beaches welcome dogs all year long. The beaches are great for walking your dog, relaxing at the beach, fishing, or kayaking.
Cape May and the Cape May beaches are about 7 miles away ( 15 minutes ). Beach tags are required Memorial Day through Labor Day (We provide you with beach tags). See all the historic Victorian charm that Cape May has to offer. Shop at the Washington Street Mall, eat at the many restaurants, walk or bike through the Victorian streets, stroll the beaches, kayak, and take in all the beauty of this remarkable town.
The beaches at Wildwood are also about 8 miles (15 minutes) away. Beaches are always free in the Wildwoods. Visit the beaches, boardwalk, restaurants, Wildwood nightlife, shows, amusement piers, water parks and everything else the Wildwoods have to offer. Wildwood now has a large dog beach.

After having to reschedule our trip to Cape May for graduation, our stay at this VRBO ended up being a great stay for our family.
The grandkids were able to take time for the beach. It was far enough out of the downtown atmosphere for our liking but close enough to do all the things we needed and wanted to do.
The house was clean and a great for our crew of 10

From the beginning of our booking process to communication after check-out, Dan and his wife were very helpful and kind. I ask a lot of questions and they were all answered clearly and in a timely fashion. The house was just as described. It is very newly renovated with new mattresses and pillows, new appliances, new kitchenware, new furniture, new grill, etc. The furniture was comfortable, we didn't lack anything in the kitchen. It was nice that the house had beach tags and beach chairs so we didn't have to bring our own. There is a pool in the backyard that the kids used in the evenings. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Great house in Cape May!
