My family of 5 had a great stay in Nauvoo! The apartment was clean and the perfect size for us. The location was great for seeing historic Nauvoo and we were able to stay cool from the heat and humidity. I would definitely stay here again.

The pictures online make the property look great.
The outside is very run down, and the stairs are very rickety. When we arrived in the apartment, it was very apparent that it had not been cleaned. There were no sheets on the bed and all of the towels and other items in the apartment were dirty. Since check-in is not until four, we had already been waiting and had planned our day around check-in.
We contacted the manager who did call us back after we couldn’t get a hold of them. Apparently there had been a mixup with the cleaning schedule, and the cleaners were not scheduled to clean it until the next day. The manager was apologetic and scheduled the cleaning to be done that night. We had to leave the apartment again for a few hours, so the cleaners could come clean.
We did end up still enjoying our vacation, we would however not stay here again.
