Guests will find this home to be spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with every comfort of home to ensure a perfect stay. Strategically positioned for breathtaking mountain views from every room, Summer Wind North offers an unparalleled Alaskan experience. Relax in the hot tub under the shadow of the mountains for a perfect end to your day!
Conveniently located off of Bodenburg Loop, this property is near popular attractions such as the Reindeer Farm and the Butte Hiking Trail. Downtown Palmer is a short 10 mile drive, and Anchorage is less than an hour away. Palmer, home to the Alaska State Fair, boasts charming local restaurants and shops, a visitor center, community garden, and vibrant farmer’s markets and festivals during the summer.
Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a spacious living room with enormous picture windows, vaulted ceilings, refined furnishings, and custom artwork. This inviting room exudes comfort and warmth!
The stunning gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to create a wonderful meal while the family gathers around the large Quartz island. The butler pantry with a second fridge and a wide array of small appliances makes food prep a breeze! You will find the cabinets stocked with beautiful dinnerware and flatware to set a lovely table. The dining area comfortably seats eight guests.
Large glass doors open to the back patio, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living spaces. Here, you can enjoy the hot tub, grill, and outdoor seating while soaking in the expansive mountain views.
The master suite is located on the main floor and has a coffered ceiling with mood lighting, a flat screen TV, and direct views of the mountains. The en-suite bathroom is a relaxing oasis with a deep soaking tub and walk-in shower with rain forest shower head. A large walk-in closet with luggage racks will help you to feel right at home!
As you go upstairs, you will notice a dedicated desk area for remote workers. The catwalk leads to a second master suite with private en-suite bath. Proceeding down the hallway, you will find two additional bedrooms with a shared bath. A large laundry room is located on this level.

The house is very very nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. The pictures of the mountain doesn't do it Justice on how big and beautiful it is. I will highly recommend this house to everyone i know.

My husband, son (age 20) and I had a fantastic stay last week. The house was beautiful, as were the surroundings. The beds were very comfortable and the house had all the necessary amenities. The location was remote enough to appreciate the Alaska views and vibe, but was a quick enough drive into Anchorage. Would definitely stay here again.
