COMFORTABLE apartment, 21–28 m², max. 2 people

The 63 stylish and cozy apartments are suitable for 1–3 guests. We want you to feel as if you’re staying with friends. To that end, our team is available to assist you at any time during business hours and will take care of your needs. You can check in easily using the Hotelbird app. A fully equipped kitchenette in your apartment ensures a relaxing stay of up to six months. Two stovetop burners and cooking utensils make it easy for you to recreate recipes from our Brera cookbook. Images of Italy on the walls reflect Brera’s Italian roots. The cozy bed with soft linens lets you get a well-deserved night’s sleep. Ample storage space, a bathroom with a large shower, and plush towels create a homey atmosphere. In the “Lavanderia,” the laundry room, a washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. In the entryway, you can enjoy a coffee, work, or chat with the House Manager about the beautiful surroundings in Singen.
The cozy studio apartment with a balcony is both stylish and warm, offering you a relaxed atmosphere in your temporary home. Your kitchen is equipped with cutlery and dishes, a kettle, microwave, and stove. You can work in the apartment, as the table is large enough. We respect your privacy and clean your apartment once a week (including a linen change). Our “Lavanderia,” the laundry room with a washer and dryer, is of course available to you at any time (for a fee). During business hours, a team is on hand to assist with all your needs; check-in is done digitally via the Hotelbird app and is available 24/7. The separate parking space is located directly in front of the building.
