Neighbors are quiet, but wildlife is wild. Often deer, elk, wild turkeys just passing through. You don't need to go on safari, the animals come to you. Outside has covered porch with lounge area and electric fireplace and wrap-around deck. So close to everything, but the feel of nature and mountains. Be sure to see all the stars at night, they light up the sky. The bike trail is just down the hill and takes you right into town or around Lake Estes where they rent boats.
