This might be the biggest steal on the entire app. This is a great place to stay and was great for party that I had. If I could I would recommend this spot to everyone.

Host was fantastic, answered a number of questions we had before check in, was able to accommodate our needs at the check in and was available at a moments notice if needed. The house was fantastic for our golf trip down to Florida. Everyone was in the same spot but did not feel right on top of eachother with the 3 different units and multiple bedrooms in each unit. Backyard pool and hot tub and grilling area was perfect for us for dinner and drinks later in the day. We also loved how close it was to a number of courses, the airport, the casino, and a number of fun bars to go hang out at. Would recommend to any larger group looking for a comfy spot to stay in Fort Lauderdale!

Stayed here for a 4-day guys trip in Dania Beach, FL. The setup of the house itself is actually convenient—being close to the airport made travel easy, and the layout works well for larger groups with multiple units.That said, there were some pretty big downsides. The listing description doesn’t match reality. It mentions nearby shops and restaurants, but there are very few options around, and the area feels more like a run-down neighborhood than a vacation spot. At times, it didn’t feel like the safest area, even for something simple like stopping at a gas station.The biggest issue is that the photos are outdated. The house may have looked like that 7–10 years ago, but now it’s pretty worn. Furniture is stained, the pool area is aged, and the landscaping isn’t maintained. Inside, while the layout is great, the place needs serious TLC—fresh paint, a deep clean, and general upkeep. We even found old receipts and random items behind furniture, which shows it’s not being cleaned thoroughly.Overall, if you’re just looking for space and a functional setup for a group, it can work—but expectations need to be adjusted. It’s definitely not what’s advertised, and the condition and location bring the experience down quite a bit.
