Newly constructed, fully-furnished, industrial-style, spacious backyard cottage with many efficient, modern features. It's located on a safe, quiet street situated on one of Seattle's high vantage points over Lake Washington. Two blocks to new Third Place Books and Raconteur restaurant/cafe/bar, as well as Cafe Vita coffee shop. Minutes to downtown, short walk to vibrant Columbia City restaurants/shops/PCC market, light rail station, and 5 blocks to 300-acre Seward Park and Lake Washington. Covered front porch with coded, keyless entry. Bamboo floors throughout, except for heated tile floors in both bathrooms.
