About this house rental
Our place is located 30 minutes drive to Remarkable Ski resort, a beautiful spacious home nestled under the stunning snow-capped Remarkables. Step outside to the outdoor patios and the beauty of the mountains and its incredible views, it’s about 3 mins to bottom of the mountain. And 7 mins to Queenstown airport. only 5 mins to the Jacks Point Club House Restaurant, Gold Course and walking/biking trials. There is a children’s playground in the neighborhood.Our place is located very close to Remarkable Ski resort, a beautiful spacious home nestled under the stunning snow-capped Remarkables. Step outside to the outdoor patios and the beauty of the mountains and its incredible views, it’s about 3 mins to bottom of the mountain. And 7 mins to Queenstown airport. only 5 mins to the Jacks Point Club House Restaurant, Gold Course and walking/biking trials. There is a children’s playground in the neighborhood. The ducted heating system and underfloor heating will keep you comfortable in all seasons.
About My Property;
As you enter you are welcomed into a sunlit dining area spilling over into the kitchen and the cosy open plan living with all the modern amenities complemented by the ducted heating system that will keep you comfortable in all seasons.
The main house features three spacious well insulated bedrooms while the media room set up as office and game room as a place for the kids or big kids to call their down.
The master bedroom features a walk in robe and a convenient ensuite with floor to
ceiling glass that backs on to the deck.
The well specious kitchen is engulfed by plenty of storage and features the very useful
kitchen island that is always welcomed by the family chef and doubles as a breakfast bar.
The rear deck with that indoor/outdoor flow while you relax and enjoy this warm, light and sun drenched dwelling.

Beautiful property with its own garage (thank goodness!) well looked after. So many thoughtful details, like bath salts, makeup remover, etc. House was very well stocked and had quality pots/pans and fantastic beds. Very warm/dry and comfortable to come back to after a day skiing!
