About this house rental
A snug 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home with a full kitchen. Step outside onto a wrap-around patio deck and private fenced-in yard. The home has a small floorplan, but the high ceilings make it feel much larger. The loft is a unique bonus / flex space that adds a little adventure. On top of that, the private outdoor space and the walking trail on the property are just unbeatable. You have 360 degree views of the outdoors that are stunning no matter how many times you see them, especially during sunrise or sunset.
The home is in a prime location: only a 30 min drive to the Grand Canyon West entrance and less than 20 min from Lake Mead’s South Cove or Arizona's Joshua Tree Forest. Miles of ATV trails are close by too. You can even take a day trip to Las Vegas or Lake Havasu! Close to a Family Dollar and a few local restaurants. Come enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets in a peaceful, private home.
For us, the home has been a great place to disconnect with technology and reconnect with each other and nature. We hope it can do that for others!

The home is small and cozy, and it’s nicely decorated. However, if you’re booking during the summer, be aware that the house is very warm upon arrival and takes about an hour to cool down.While most areas of the home appeared clean, there were some concerns with cleanliness in key areas. The bathtub had visible dirt and hair, the towels also had hair on them, and some of the dishes we used were not properly cleaned. The plates had dried food residue, and the pan still had oil on it.Overall, the home has a lot of charm, but improved attention to cleanliness,especially in the kitchen and bathroom would make a big difference.

Joshua was a wonderful and friendly host. He answered my many questions very quickly and went above and beyond. No matter how many questions I had or what time of day it was I heard back from him super fast. His cabin is very nice and very clean and bright. There was everything we needed including extra sheets even tho we didn’t use them. I loved this cabin and would highly recommend Joshua and his adorable cabin!! He was so nice and kind. Thank you for everything Joshua!

Location was perfect -very quick drive to GC West. Having the general store so close was also very convenient. The house was very clean and neighborhood was quiet. We all enjoyed the stay!
