Accommodation at Villa Panarea is on 2 floors. The main entrance is via an impressive entrance hall with high vaulted ceiling and a unique white stairs that takes you to the first floor.
To the left, a welcoming open living and dining space, comprising a cosy lounge area with a comfy sofa. In addition, there is Smart TV and office with fireplace area. Next to this you will find a fully-equipped kitchen. On the same floor, divided by a door, there is access to a bathroom, the laundry room and continuing to the SPA area, including a steam room (for 5 people) and a large emotional shower. The entire floor is illuminated by large windows, overlooking the garden, direct access to the outdoor sitting area and pool.
The first floor is accessed via an impressive modern hallway and glass staircase situated centrally. A corridor leads to the three double bedrooms; A master bedroom, with a king size bed with its own sleek en-suite with a shower and bath, walk-in wardrobe and direct access to the shared terrace admiring stunning sea views of the Aeolian Islands and a sitting area. A bedroom, with a king size bed with its own sleek en-suite shower room and direct access to the shared terrace. Finally the last bedroom , with a king size bed with its own sleek en-suite shower room.The villa is able to comfortably host 6 adults.
Wi-fi and air-conditioning are also available throughout the entire property. If required, central heating is available for the winter months.
The pool area is equipped with 14 sun loungers, 3 umbrellas and side tables, where you can relax and enjoy the warm weather. Here you will also find an outdoor shower. The garden is not over-looked by any other property, therefore as well as soaking up the sun, you can revel in the luxury of total privacy.
There is also a cover outside kitchen with its own bathroom, Pizza oven, cooking hob and barbecue for outdoor cooking and table with chairs which accommodates 12 people for dining and relaxing outdoors, where you can admire the stunning Sicilian sunset every night along with some tasty local food and wine!
