This stunning home on Prince Street is an impressive fusion of classic style and modern functionality. With five bedrooms, three bathrooms and two study nooks, there is space aplenty for the whole family. The master bedroom is part of the second-story suite - a recent addition to the original structure, which has an elegant vaulted ceiling with skylights, and is accessible via the gorgeous Spotted Gum staircase.
There is a great backyard for the kids to run around in and for the adults to enjoy the sunshine with a glass of wine.
The location is close to ideal: just three blocks from Summer Street and within an easy walk of some of the city's best cafes, restaurants and parks.

The home has fully ducted heating and cooling in the main house. There is a free standing heater in the studio ONLY.

Guests are welcome to park in the driveway where this is ample space for many vehicles. There is also free street parking.

The home is well equipped with a Nescafe Coffee Machine, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.

- The stairs in this home can be dangerous for young children and mobility restricted guests. We would recommend bringing baby gates if you are bringing small children so the stairs are secured.

We really enjoyed our stay, so close to the cherry farms, wineries and cideries.Close to town .. my family and i had a great stay.The house is luxurious, with plenty of space for the family. Everyone was very comfortable Looking forward to our next stay
