This condo features three spacious bedrooms, an amazing patio overlooking the pool with expertly curated faux green wall for photos that will last a lifetime, luxury finishes and décor, plus a massive 14x36 boat slip available for rent down at the community dock! The Topsider Condo Complex features two beach-style zero entry pools with swim up tables and water loungers, community firepits, and elevators for stair-free access! Fitness center is coming soon!

Kitchen and Dining Area

The large open concept kitchen features granite countertops, a breakfast bar with four barstools, and a dining table with 4 chairs, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals and mix drinks! The coffee bar has a Keurig and drip coffee maker for your use!

Living Room

The living room features a white sectional couch with sofa bed, accent chair, electric fireplace, and a flat screen TV with sound bar. This room features large sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony.

Master Suite

The Master Suite features a King sized bed, nightstands, flat screen TV, dresser, and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony. The master bathroom features a double vanity sink, large closet, and a stand up shower.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom features a king-size bed, nightstands, dresser, flat screen TV, and an attached private bathroom with a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom features queen over queen bunk bed, closet, and flat screen TV. This room also has an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink stand up shower.

Outside

Outside you will find a large patio table with seating for six, an outdoor living area with couch and chairs, and a faux greenery wall photo-op with neon sign. There is also an electric Ninja Woodfire grill available for use!

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
