Seabrook Island Club amenities and the Lake House Fitness Center require an Amenity card (deposit required for each card, and/or a daily/weekly fee to use the Club facilities). Club facilities include restaurants, outdoor pools, golf, tennis, pickleball, and more. Some activities have additional fees. All restaurants-only Amenity card charges are accepted (cash/credit cards not accepted). Visit the Seabrook Island Club's Guest Amenity Guide online for information and to purchase Amenity cards.
Parking Notes: There are 2 parking spots available for use. 1 parking pass is automatically paid for when booking the reservation. Any additional parking passes are $40 + taxes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our stay was fantastic.
It had everything we needed.
All four of us fit nicely into the accommodations. We swam at the ocean every day and having 2 showers really helped the post swim cleanup process.
The kitchen was great, and the dining room table worked great for games and cards.
Super nice to have a balcony for a little 'away time' as well.
Location is superb, super convenient to the beach and golf course, and easy for trips to get ice cream and groceries.
We will for sure come back.

The location of this place is perfect as it was nestled within the lush green landscape and facing the golf course. We got to see a lot of deers sitting on the balcony which was nice and spacious. The interior of the place does not look big as per the photos. When we arrived at the place, the key number to unlock the box was incorrect and we had to call the Vacasa service center. Luckily since we arrived during the day time, we got connected to the support team. Please fix this as it is not a nice experience when one cannot enter the property at all. The screen door does not close properly and needs fixing. The TV size and WiFi is really good. However there is no TV in the upstairs bedroom. All counter tops in the main bathroom and guest bathroom are very low and seems it was built for children. The mattress is soft and not firm. The living room couch is comfortable. The photos of the property makes the interior looks bigger but they are small. The balcony is a good size.
