About this house rental
This spacious home offers a unique rental experience. The home was completely remodeled in 2021 and has two levels of living space, each with its own kitchen, bath, family room, and bedrooms, which gives groups of up to 12 people the convenience of being together while still having their own space and privacy. A bunkhouse on the property sleeps an additional 6 people.
There is a covered patio that extends the length of the home where you can sit on rainy days or stay cool when the sun is at its peak. There is also a spacious upper deck.
Located on the Southeast side of the island, you're in the perfect location for hitting the trails or enjoying the peace and serenity that Big Shoal Bay offers. The home sits on just over an acre of private property and includes 100' of shore frontage that is suitable for swimming and exploring using the 2 kayaks that are included with the rental.

Bedroom #1 - Queen bed
Bedroom #2 - Queen bed and adjacent sleeping area with 2 Twin beds
Second Floor:
Bedroom #3 - Queen bed
Bedroom #4 - Full bed

Bunkhouse Sleeps 6.
The bunkhouse has two levels with 900 SF of living space, with a large family room and full bath with a stand-up shower on the main floor, a kitchen/dining area, and a large bedroom upstairs with two queen beds. There is a futon in the living room as well.

We loved the space for 14 seniors. Only a few glitches with TV not working in bunk house and lower floor of the main house ( could be the batteries in the remotes) no extra batteries found. Sewer smell by back deck, mainly in morning. Not sure if it was the house or neighbors. I am a little picky with grooming and I felt the grass could have been mowed. No matter what few glitches we had our stay was fun and the accommodations were great for our large group. Everything was clean and perfect for all of us. We were close to trails to take our Side by Sides down - so much fun! Thank You

The house was very nice, Well kept, Everything was clean, I'm happy I rented it. Had a good time. Don't like the 9am check out. Wish the door code was the last 4 of my phone number like most VROBO's. I would rent it again. I booked for 16 people and brought 3. Happy I found this House. It's right next to the side by side Trails.
