About this house rental
Perfect for multi-family stays or group getaways, this spacious, fully remodeled (2021) home offers a unique layout with two separate living levels—each with its own kitchen, bathroom, family room, and bedrooms. The main house comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, with a separate bunkhouse accommodating 6 more.
A covered patio spans the length of the home, providing a great spot to relax in the shade or enjoy a rainy day, while the upper deck offers additional space to unwind and take in the peaceful surroundings.
Located on the southeast side of the island, you’ll have easy access to trail systems while still enjoying the quiet beauty of Big Shoal Bay. Set on just over an acre of private property, the home includes 100 feet of shoreline—perfect for swimming, relaxing, or exploring with the two kayaks provided.
Main House (sleeps up to 12):

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed + adjacent sleeping area with 2 twin beds
Second Floor:
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed
• Bedroom 4: Full bed
• Living Room: Queen Futon
• Full bath (main floor): Stand-up shower
• Full bath (second floor): Stand-up shower
Bunkhouse (sleeps up to 6):
The separate bunkhouse offers approximately 900 sq. ft. of additional space. The main level features a large family room with a futon and a full bath with a stand-up shower. Upstairs, you’ll find a kitchen/dining area and a large bedroom with two queen beds—ideal for guests who want a little extra privacy.

This home rents by the week only during the month of July and the first two weeks of August (Saturday-Saturday).

We loved the space for 14 seniors. Only a few glitches with TV not working in bunk house and lower floor of the main house ( could be the batteries in the remotes) no extra batteries found. Sewer smell by back deck, mainly in morning. Not sure if it was the house or neighbors. I am a little picky with grooming and I felt the grass could have been mowed. No matter what few glitches we had our stay was fun and the accommodations were great for our large group. Everything was clean and perfect for all of us. We were close to trails to take our Side by Sides down - so much fun! Thank You

The house was very nice, Well kept, Everything was clean, I'm happy I rented it. Had a good time. Don't like the 9am check out. Wish the door code was the last 4 of my phone number like most VROBO's. I would rent it again. I booked for 16 people and brought 3. Happy I found this House. It's right next to the side by side Trails.
