The open living room and additional loft area make it the perfect place to relax after a day of taking in all New Orleans has to offer. The building is located within walking distance to the streetcar, and the hottest restaurant scene New Orleans has to offer. Even more, the building is equipped with a salt water pool, gym and doorman.

The Space:
This 1 bedroom apartment includes a separate living room and loft area for sitting. Exposed brick and natural light provides a modern and inviting atmosphere. The bedroom includes a queen bed, tv and newly renovated bathroom.
The kitchen is fully loaded with all cooking utensils and the unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. New renovation and custom design, this space has so much to offer.

Guest Access:
This is a whole private condo located in the Fibre Mills building. There is an onsite doorman until Midnight each day, a pool and grilling area in the courtyard, onsite gym and elevators.

The Neighborhood:
The CBD is the heart of New Orleans. Street car, restaurants, grocery store, superdome, convention center and riverfront are all within a short walk on the condo.

Getting Around:
Gated Parking is available, and the St. Charles street car is a few blocks away.

Other Things to Note:
This property is in a managed building that requires stays of 90 days of more. After booking, you will be required to provide an ID and sign a 90 day document, agreeing to the HOA rules.
