About this apartment rental
Beautiful fully equipped guest house in a wonderful neighborhood, 5 minutes from Lake Travis & Hippie Hollow Park. Attached to our house, so whatever you need, we are there for you. Peaceful area with amazing hills and lake views getting to it. The guest house has excellent natural light in a relaxing neighborhood. Parking up to 2 cars on the gravel in front of the guest house and direct access to the guest house. There are no shared areas between the guest house and the main house.

The place is immaculate! I have horrible allergies, so cleanliness is a big deal, and this place was spotless. It was the perfect spot to come and unwind each day while in town for a work trip. It is in a super nice neighborhood, and very conveniently located in the heart of Lakeway. Honestly, I will want to stay here anytime that I have to come back to the Austin area. It's perfect for 1-2 people and has everything you need. It's very chic and cozy. I can't recommend it enough!

This property was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect place to hang out between activities. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the space. We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Super clean, comfortable furnishings, quiet neighborhood, great price, and the Manager was easy to reach and met all of our requests in a timely manner. Highly recommend this place for a single person or couple!

My husband and I came for our annual anniversary trip! We were welcomed with a personalized note and were messaged swiftly to make sure we had what we needed. We like a modern, bright, and comfortable space, and this fit just what we needed and was as-listed. It had a large counter space with two chairs and was well lit which allowed for a great game-playing space. The small couch and ottoman were comfy for a movie night for two! The private entrance, and windows leading to the fenced-in side yard helped it feel like we were more isolated, while still located in an upscale neighborhood right off a main road, close to food, and about 15 min from the Hill Country Galleria. Some things to be aware of: -The bedroom is next to the garage, so any noise surrounding the host’s garage is heard in the bedroom.-None of the blinds close completely, so expect a lot of light-There is a tall threshold/step between the kitchen and hall leading to the bathroom, and another step up into the bathroom- so be aware if you are prone to shuffling your feet. There is a step light leading into the hall, but the step could be easily overlooked if you’re not expecting it.-A/C and heating unit is in the main area only, but works well, is easily adjusted, and there are over-head fans in the bedroom and living room, and an extra blanket available in the closet.The space is clearly well thought out and cared for! We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hosts helping it feel like home!
