This well-maintained, detached house on a 500 m² private lot is located just a short distance from one of the region’s most beautiful sandy beaches. You can reach it in just a 2-minute walk. The kilometer-long beach at Deveses is perfect for long walks along the shore and was restored in the fall of 2023 at a cost of approximately 14 million €. Despite its proximity to the beach, you’ll find a quiet residential area here in a small private community that also features a private pool.
The vacation home features a covered carport with a lockable sliding gate. Adjacent to it, in the beautifully landscaped garden, is a sauna with an outdoor shower. Through the 33 m² covered porch, you enter the home’s living and dining area, equipped with a smart TV offering German, Spanish, English, and French channels, a pellet stove, electric heating, and air conditioning.
Directly adjacent to the dining area is the open-concept kitchen with a small counter, equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator.
The vacation home features 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and electric radiators. The master bedroom has an adjoining en suite bathroom with a bathtub.
