About this house rental
Our family's lakefront log home sits on 1.4 acres with an amazing two-tiered deck, comfy couches and chairs, facing west for stunning sunsets. A bbq, outdoor speakers, picnic table and fire-pit offer non-stop outdoor lounging. Our dock with kayak, paddle boat, SUP and waterskis provides access to the beautiful and well-stocked Twin Lakes for fishing, swimming and other water sports, with a marina just down the road to rent pontoon, party or motor boats. Fully furnished and refreshed with new luxury Bloomingdale's linens and towels, the log house has an open kitchen with ample space to cook, and a dining table that seats 10-12. The cathedral ceiling in the massive living room has windows with unparalleled views, a stone fire place and smart TV, with internet and speakers throughout . The sun room offers a cozy spot with piano, couch and chair to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or pre-dinner cocktail serenade. Master bedrooms are on both floors, each with en suite bathrooms, as well as 2 other bedrooms and a study with a couch-bed. We are close to Tanglewood, Jacob’s Pillow, and Kripalu for cultural experiences, lovely New England downtowns to explore (like Great Barrington, MA) and incredible nearby places to hike, bike and fish. Bring your family to our place for a true escape to make memories that will last a lifetime!

Our stay at the Berkshire Mountain Lakefront Log House was truly unforgettable. The home itself is beautiful, offering majestic views and breathtaking sunsets that made every evening magical. It comfortably accommodated our entire family, and the time spent on the lake was absolutely priceless—especially watching the kids reel in fish right from the dock.The host family was exceptional: attentive, thoughtful, and quick to respond to any request. Their check-ins ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit.Without hesitation, we give this property an A rating. It exceeded every expectation and created memories we’ll cherish forever.
