Our villa is a dream come true for anyone seeking a relaxing beachfront getaway. Its prime location on Xirokampos Beach offers direct access to the beach, stunning views of the Aegean Sea, and breathtaking sunrises on the horizon.
Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or an adventure-filled vacation, Villa X has everything you need to explore Leros and create unforgettable memories with your loved ones.
Our villa features 2 spacious living rooms and a large kitchen, perfect for entertaining and enjoying meals with family and friends, as well as two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, and one bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom next to it—providing ample space and privacy for up to 6 guests. And if you need even more space, the attached private studio features another double bed, a small kitchen, and an en-suite bathroom for 2 additional guests, making it the perfect retreat for up to 8 guests.
As you step through the large window-door, you’re immediately drawn to the expansive, shaded terrace. The outdoor space is designed for relaxation, with comfortable chairs and tables. Whether you’re enjoying the morning sun or the evening stars, this area is perfect for outdoor living.
From the steps, you’ll reach Xirokampos Beach, where crystal-clear waters await. Known as the healthiest on the island, the sea temperature is usually pleasant, ranging from 23°C to 26°C during the peak season (mid-June to mid-October). After a refreshing swim, you can head back to the villa, where you’ll find an outdoor shower area for your convenience. Perfect for rinsing off after your beach adventure!
