OCCUPANCY LIMIT 8 - 3-bedroom 2 bath lakefront on Sebago Lake. Lake views from the open concept living room and kitchen leads into a patio that goes directly on the deck, which is set up for gathering and taking in the views. From the deck you can make your way onto the large waterfront lot. Plenty of room for games or just sitting by the water. A very nice dock is a plus for boaters. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the main floor, along with laundry. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom has views of the lake. The basement has an additional sitting area and a bunkroom. If you want to explore local attractions, The Naples Causeway is just 2 miles away. Portland and North Conway are about 30 miles away. Within a 15 drive to the 3 wedding venues in Sebago. A canoe and 2 kids kayaks are available at the property. DOGS WITH $125 PET FEE.

The house was a good size and good access to the lake for our pontoon boat. Our family enjoyed the stay.

Overall, this is a great place. Plenty of space for the entire family and dog, new, clean, fully stocked with everything you need inside and out. Great screened porch and deck, as well. Truly an excellent house. One thing renters should know is that the cove area where the dock is, is not really swimable. I knew from research that the milfoil was an issue in the cove, but I was hopeful the dock area was clean enough to swim in. The milfoil and weeds are everywhere and abundant so we didn't use the dock for anything but fishing and the boat.
Thankfully, we had a pontoon boat and were able to venture out to the main lake to enjoy the water. Boaters should also be aware that the cove is very shallow and should use caution. Aside, from the water front, the vacation was great and the house and yard were perfect!
