This space is located on the ground and 2nd floor of a modern-style west coast home with spacious outdoor areas and large windows to take in city and bay views. First floor living area includes a fully-stocked Kitchen, dining room, and living room with 2 swivel chairs and a sections. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom and an adjoining room with a queen-sized sleeper couch, smart-TV, and desk. Additionally there is an outdoor terrace with turf-grass adjoining one of the bedrooms.
Guests have full and private access to entire upper floors, and upper levels of the deck. Host lives on site with access to the lower deck areas and a shared front gate.

Beautiful property, with an amazing view of the city and bay, including Alcatraz island. Ample on-street parking and it's on a quiet dead-end street. Twin Peaks is a 10 minute hike from the property but we loved the view of the city from the deck even better. The living room was spacious yet very cozy. Kitchen was fully stocked and even included coffee and any spice and seasoning you could need to cook at home. The host was quick to respond to any question I had. We stayed a week and were very sad to leave. Would recommend this property to anyone staying in S.F. Thank you Sarah for a wonderful stay! We will return!

This home is absolutely amazing and we wish we could have stayed longer.You can't beat the views. The layout is nice, furniture is comfortable, and kitchen well stocked with the basics.Owner was very responsive to questions.It was a lovely stay.

The view is incredible. (I hear that area gets 'socked in' during summer months, but we had fantastic weather in March. I loved the steep hills to walk and the views from Twin Peaks. There isn't a bathroom in the first floor nor laundry facilities, which I had to adjust for. I didn't look closely enough at the listing but those are minor complaints compared to how nice everything else was

We were very, very pleased with the property and what was provided. Location was perfect for our visit and trips - Botanical Gardens, Marin headlands, Santa Cruz and more. The views from the decks are great as are the paths and walks we could take right out the front door. We will be staying there again.
