The Art Studio with pool & hot tub

Wake up under high ceilings in a beautiful studio featuring a colorful boho-chic decor and a wall of glass that lead into the breathtaking common yard. Sit in the hot tub surrounded by vines and flowers and relax in front of the smart TV.

This Art Studio has high ceilings, and a whole wall of glass doors. It is oversized for your needs with a comfortable couch and a 70 inch smart TV with Netflix. The full size fridge, stove and oven, kitchen sink and bar area provides all the essentials if you are planning to dine in. There is a very nice ceiling mounted split A/C and heater.

Guests have access to the pool, hot tub, and back yard areas. There is a sitting area in front of the Art Studio that is all for you.

Our family lives in the front house, and we rent out other spaces to guests on the property.

Downtown Long Beach is moments away offering fantastic days by the beach with a selection of waterfront dining and bars to choose from. Take a trip to Disneyland and explore the iconic sites and shops of LA nearby.

There is free street parking, but it can be difficult to find a spot at night, just like most beach areas in LA. Uber and Lyft are your best options for getting around Long Beach.
