My house was completely refurbished in 2018 and is rather ecological: organic paint, parquet flooring, condensing boiler and excellent insulation. Very bright. With a large living room/dining room/kitchen of 40m2 opening onto a south-facing terrace of 30m2 on the first floor, completed by a large children's bedroom with two single beds and all the toys and reading for a child of 10 years old or a little older, a little less :)

Upstairs: a large bedroom of 16 m2 for adults Art Deco with a double bed and its brand new mattress of 160 overlooking my second surprise terrace ideal for having breakfast or smoking a cigarette :)

You can enjoy a well-tuned piano, an indoor bike and Netflix on site, not to mention my countless novels and other comics. 1 bike, and 1 adult scooter (1.70 max) are at your disposal.

I live in Montreuil in the district of La Boissière. It is a very lively and popular district where everything is available on site: bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacy, supermarkets, hairdresser, beauty salons, florists, bar and restaurants!

THE big news in my neighborhood is the metro line 11 which opens on June 13, 2024 and is a 5-minute walk from my house! You will only have a 20 to 30 minute ride to reach the central stations of Chatelet (and therefore the RER), République, Arts et métiers etc.!

In addition, to get around in a different way and enjoy my city and its surroundings, a VELIB station is just 50 meters from the house.
A cycle path starts from my house to reach the Montreuil City Hall and its metro station on line 9 of the metro: you will be there in 10 minutes! You can also reach the latter by bus or on foot with about twenty minutes.

Montreuil? Montreuil is indeed the great Paris! Three large parks, the Bois de Vincennes just a stone's throw away, an extraordinary arthouse cinema "Le Méliès", several theatres, two magnificent swimming pools, one of which is open-air with a slide etc. and the famous Peach Walls. Not to mention the restaurants, terraces and bars where you can party more and more numerous.
