Apartment completely renovated, located in a privileged place: the Punta Romana building, known for its magnificent views, its pleasant garden area and the swimming pool with trampoline. The apartment is 50 meters away from the beach "Cala de la Creu", and 150 meters from the historic center of L'Escala, where you will find a variety of bars, restaurants and shops. It is the ideal place to forget about the car.
The apartment located on the second floor has a double bedroom, a bedroom with a trundle bed and a bathroom with a shower, open kitchen and living room.
There is a fan in the bedrooms and air conditioning in the living-dining room.
On the terrace you can enjoy your meals overlooking the sea or relax in the sun.
In total the apartment can accommodate 4 people: in a double bed and a trundle bed.
Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
