THIS UNIT INCLUDES A SET OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA DURING SEASON (March 1 - October 31). This newly renovated unit has a spacious floor plan, 1427 square feet. The beachfront master bedroom has a king size bed and a beautifully renovated master bathroom. Guest bedroom has two queen size beds and an attached full bathroom with shower. Living room has a spacious sectional to enjoy comfortable family times. Kitchen and hallway has tile flooring, living room and the two bedrooms are carpeted. Unit occupancy is 6 people.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always, the facilities were clean and well-kept. The room was stocked for cooking, clean, and very nicely decorated. One minor master sink issue was resolved quickly.
