About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in the Neve Tzedek Tower, on the 4th floor.
The Space
Modern apartment, loft-style designed but perfect for hosting your next family visit or enjoying with friends. There is one bedroom upstairs that is open in the living room but closed by a very large curtain. There is one bathroom upstairs with a toilet. Downstairs there is one sofa bed and one toilet, an open kitchen with living rooms and a terrasse with a spectacular view of the sea and Tel Aviv! You can enjoy a cup of coffee or an aperitif from the comfort of your balcony while watching the sunset. You will be staying in Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv’s most chic neighborhood, but only a 10-minute walk away from the beach!
There is a shelter room (A shared room per floor of the building, a mamad in hebrew).
The neighbourhood
Neve Tzedek is one of the most picturesque areas in the city, formerly known as the artists’ quarter. The main street is full of cafes, high-end restaurants, and shopping boutiques, while the small surrounding streets are full of architectural examples of Bauhaus and eclectic styles. You can find the new popular Park Hamesila only one minute away, which will lead you straight to the promenade and beach. You are only 5 minutes walk away from the famous Rothschild Boulevard and 10 from the historic part of Jaffa.
