Located in Parentis-en-Born, this family home welcomes you with its traditional Landes charm and sleeps 6. Just a short bike ride from the lake for water sports such as paddleboarding, boating, and water parks, and only 19 km from the ocean for surfing, it's perfect for a weekend, a week, or longer with family and/or friends. The house features a swimming pool (unheated), garden furniture, and a barbecue to enjoy sunny days. There are two terraces, one covered, for meals or cocktails overlooking the pool. A living/dining room with Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) complete the accommodation. You'll also find three bedrooms, including a master suite: two bedrooms are on the ground floor and one is upstairs. A shower room and a separate toilet provide added comfort. A large garden surrounds the house, and several parking spaces are available on the property. You have almost immediate access to cycle paths for exploring our beautiful region. A sunny holiday awaits! No parties allowed!
