The accommodations were very clean and fresh linens. I was delighted to select a perfect pillow for me! thin, medium, thick!! The host was soo good about answering my questions quickly!! Easy access, no touchy!! independent I like that! We super enjoyed the location close to Dallas downtown - lots to do,, good eats, outside venues! so much to see!! I am country mouse, and felt totally safe, valet parking and secure building!!

Christopher was a great communicator. My only issue/concern is the amount of homeless people in the area and the constant people walking in and out of this building. Other than that, everything was fine.
